FRAPS.

Fraps and camtasia are the most common ones.

Camtasia is a bit laggy if you dont have a good enough computer.

I would recommend fraps it works really good

I also recommend fraps you can render it out in 1080p quality using fraps

WeGame! WeGame is free and barely hurts your framerate. It also records thousands of games. FRAPS is supposed to be good but it doesn't work on my PC.
