Your going to need AlterIwnet for this and you also need Hamahi.

and then you need to set it up if you got minecraft you got this so sett it up and then type this in under join server.

Password:TTG
Or message me and tell me u need ip address and all u gotta do is go into console command and type connect (the ip I give you)
