I was requested to upload a save file with all the beta unlocks to see if it would work.
The file IDs are Null'd so all you have to do is switch the "0000000..." with Your account ID.
This isn't a GPD, so you won't need to inject it into your profile, this is just a save game file. Once Gears 3 comes out, you should have all the unlocks.

So if I have an account that I already played GoW3 on can I get all the achievements now?

Use a program like Horizon or Modio to switch the ID's to yours.
I'm assuming you'll need help, you can either youtube this, or PM someone who knows what they're doing.

This isn't the beta, beta is over, never to be played again. This is just the saves for the beta
Like all the weapons and outfits you unlock in it.
