Ok people i want to hear your Theory's on how to get 8 perks we need to try and figure it out.
My Theory To get 8 Perks is "That you have to buy 4 perks then use the new hacking device thing to get the other perks.
Perks:

It does give you 3 guns, If you get downed you lose it, but if you buy it again you get that gun back.
And I believe it is going to be like shangri la, some kind of easter egg.

No, that leak was fake but if you look at the new game play i posted you can see it is a three gun perk. not dual wield

It is called three gun tequila look at the machine theres a picture of a guy with a sombrero on it and sombrero = mexican
Tequila = mexican
Tequila = mexican
