Here is mine.

I live out in the country so my download and upload speeds are really bad but mu internet is extremely fast still. I dont how what a good ping is so can anyone tell me if my ping is good?

Is that megabytes or megabits speed in your pic?

EDIT: Just realised it was megabits :L Still pretty decent for the country xD mines about the same, except my ping is normally in the 50s

Don't know. All I know is I'm host every host migration and I live about 8 miles from the nearest town. Pretty amazing?

The Lower The Ping the better

Ping= Lag

High Ping = Laggy

Low Ping= Perfect

Ye I'm nearly always running on a 3 bar net & literally have never gotten host in the past 4 months?
