no i bought it off my friend and he restored it but i think it was jailbroken b4

call and ask him if he had it on the cydia server and hit the make my life easy when it popped up and see what firmware he jailbroke it on if so u can downgrade idt there is a untethered jailbreak for 4.3.5 but im not positive on that

you can try this would be nice to see what firmware he did have it jailbroke on though this only will work if the shsh blobs have been backed up on there servers ive done it with my 4g ipod touch from 4.3.5 down to 4.2.1 and all in between those it can be done maybe see what program he used to jailbreak ex. did he use greenpois0n
