I just recently came back from a trip to Europe, and I decide to edit a picture I took of the Eiffel Tower.

Tell me what you guys think!

(It's supposed to look like it's being blown away...)

I added more color and fixed the resolution after the smudging because it became very blurry. The picture took me about an hour to do. Most of it isnt easy to see a first glance though...

I also used the Burn tool, and burned the entire building.

I'll post the original picture and then you'll see the big difference.
