All mods have been patched as of July 5th, 2011. Most modders have gotten past most of the files, but files like:
    weaponinfo.xml (used to create rocket shooting guns)
    cargrp.dat (used to spawn exotic cars in multiplayer and change what spawns at police stations)
    carcols.dat (used to have modded car colors)

are still patched.

i got 5.7 FTW and thats the only one thats not patched everything else is

Yeah hes right i tried modding my GTA 4 today and it wouldnt work either just though i ISO modded it wrong
