You should do a fun tage or scene something funny.
Funtage - Run around in pub matches and mess with people, trap team mates in corners..

and the scene just get a bunch of friends together and do like a remake of a family guy episode or something
usually creative scenes will get a lot of love from viewers.

Minecraft ?

You could get different clips out of different games and make it so all the different characters are having a conversation.
You could make it funny by ranging the games. e.g a character off of banja kazooie is talking to someone off of GTA

Black ops , mw2, cod 5, any game that sparks your interest and you enjoy playing.
