A:The change is all on the user it depends on a multitude of levels like are you really acting like a Girl because if your not it wont sound right you`ll sound like a manly woman
pt2A:Also your settings play a huge factor on this if your settings are all wrong then it could sound like a robot.
pt3A:Your microphone could be the problem make sure it is functioning properly and adjusted accordingly to the program
pt4A:The Wires might not be all the way plugged in so make sure that its in all the way because that can cause you to lag up
Other Ways to change your voice(With an ipod):
You can even hook up your ipod to the xbox controller to listen to you music or even change your voice using some apps
