iv been lagging on my xbox 360 now for 2 weeks i bought a new modem that cost over 100$ and im still lagging please help me

Here are a few suggestions:

-Reset your IP address.

-Move your router/modem closer to your Xbox.

Do several Xbox Live Connection tests and if you get any errors tell XBL Customer Support.

If you continue to have problems call Xbox Customer Support and your Internet Service Provider.

It may not be your router, it can be your ISP, check your download/upload times, as well as ping.
