Hey Chris, i think i may have figured something out that may save a lot of hassle for a lot of people. I modded my buddie's GTA iso and everything went smooth as usual, but we wrote it on an =8x= disc. I found that on the 8x discs, it wont install to my hardrive. EVER. I've tried multiple times and it just doesn't want to go. I hotswap it too early, it freezes. I hotswap it too late and at the right time, it gives me about a 10 minute download to 99% and says it's unreadable. So we went to the store to see if there were any other DL discs and we came across 2.4x speed discs. THESE are the ones you want to get to install on your harddrive. I hope this helps whoever had been having installation issues

EDIT: Not only do you want to WITE the disc at 2.4x speed, you need to have the 2.4x speed discs as well to install.

Well 2.4x is just the most trusted speed, as some speeds can possibly give you an error while burning at their rate.

now i seen you talking about the burn speads i always personaly burn 4x with verbs they seem to run fine then bam deadly fishes

but i need help with loading screens ive got playboy one but i want diffrent one the one i have is all **** up and when i go to tbogt the picture are all behind the original obv because the person i got it froms a retard so could u help me out with fixs to deadly fishes or a new loading screen maybe just send me a IMG file il just burn it thanks in advance

You will need to download the GTA XTD Viewer program, this will be used to open the loadingscreen.xtd, then you will need the Adobe Photoshop DDS Plug-in, as well as Adobe Photoshop which you will use to edit the loading screen's slide show.
