can someone basically sum up what I'm supposed to do?...and when I'm sitting there not moving..what should i be thinking, if anything? I posted this in the official Lucid dreaming forum but no one responded. Thanks

lucid dreaming isnt something you can just do it takes practice to learn to control it

a lucid dream is really hard to do.only done it once.its so weird

When you are lying there, clear your mind, act like you are trying to fall asleep, but keep yourself awake..
You will get the twitches like you are asleep after a little while, just ignore them.
You will start to dream a little bit after those, try to just keep your eyes in the same spot, and don't move until you are 100% in the dream.

I believe lucid dreaming is highly dangerous as it can turn into something that happens everyday which can cause severe mental health problems and can bring someone at the point where they need a counsler. I dont suggest you do this it can affect you in many ways if it goes bad.
