So Every Weekand I will host Open lobbies for GTA!So Rent the Game and add iNT3RV3NTIONS on Xbox and we will play all day.We will be only playing GTA 4 not the DLC.

Do you need rep to invite people? No.
Do you need rep to be able to play with other people? No.
Rep can be used as it is meant to be used and prove someone is doing things wrong or someone can abuse it and screw with people. Rep goes both ways.

Someone should do some modded lobbys on the dlc.
