It dont work for me :'(

I don't understand why it doesn't work for me.

I do everything i'm supposed to do but it still doesn't work.
Every morning i wake up, i am sweating A LOT and i could tell it didn't work the night before.

ok so i layed down the way you said and at first my heart was pounding , then i started to almost feel my blood pumping through me. i started getting all these tingle feeling and a couple of them made me open my eyes because it scared the hell out of me. well then my whole body felt like dead weight so i opened my eyes but then i could move. i tried it again untill my body felt like dead weight and this time i waited even longer. i got these MASSIVE tingly shocks almost and i went threw them and then i waited 15 min and nothing happened. please help because this sounds really awsome.

I can move at all times , when your in sleep paralasys you cant move at all? , so i wait until i cant move then i open my eyes and start helucinating. that makes no sense at all and i do not get it. i have been trying for a while and dont understant what to do. the author of this post didnt really explain at all or elaborate , what does it look/feel like i dont understand. everytime i try i just get super nauxious and end up just rolling to my side and falling asleep. i have tried for 45 min last night and nothing.

I've tried this and nothing happened but then again I was very impatient during the whole thing and eventually fell asleep. I was wondering if anybody could tell me

1. What do you do after you are in sleep paralysis?

2. When you are in sleep paralysis, can you open your eyes?
