It doesn't really explain how like all the others..
"Warming up;
Just getting started..." Is what it said. I have googled it and found like 20 different answers, could someone confirm one?

u get it when u die 20 times and get 0 kills

no u get it by turning on ur xbox. starting up cod and playing a game where you get the same kills as u do s. BUT IT MUST BE THE FIST GAME U PLAY AFTER U START UP COD

You get it in a private match.. U get it only when u get no other accolades.. My friend got it in a game battles match so this is a confirmed answer not a guess..

its easiest to get in a private match, must not get no accolades at all, and you get that one.. but can someone find out how to exactly get no accolade?
