I am buying a jtag from someone who is not trusted "but seems very legit" and i'm paying through Goods and Services. My question is at the small chance I do get scammed how will paying through Goods and Services benefit me.

Idk but i would make sure he is legit, if he lives close go to somewhere adn meet him and do the trade there.
