I was wondering if there is a RDR patch and if you could mod via ISO disk. I think it would be possible because in GTA you can mod and GTA and RDR are made by the same people and basically use the same coding (I think)

Nope... No point in making one Modio and other programs made it beyond easy to mod every bit of information out of RDR.
