Help Jtag wont play game says i need to update +REPPosted:

I just downloaded Duke Nuckem Forever since it looks like a ok game since im bored. after i downloaded it and put it in wrx360 then on my external HDD. i start it in xexmenu and it says quote: "An update must be applied to your console to play this game. If you decline this update, you wont be able to play this game." i updated and it still says it every time i try to play it. so doi have to update my dashboard i guess? my dashboard says its 2.0.1.12611.0
Thanks if you can solve my problem ill + like 46rep or more

If you are on an xenon, updating is pretty easy.

Anyway, you will need another xex to get pass the update screen. Xexs are for premium only

I was thinking you would need a TU but this guy seems like he knows more. You can google it and find a xex for DN forever.

i dont think you need to update the firm ware cause thats the one that i was on when i bought the game and played it.

i figured it out everyone! you have to be on the newest dashboard to play new games like captain america

i dont think you need to update the firm ware cause thats the one that i was on when i bought the game and played it.


that was the problem i can play assassins creed brotherhood but any games new than that like duke nuckem and captain america i need to update the dash cause now they work. i updated to the 13146

find the $systemupdate folder and delete it..
