If someone helps me set my permissions up i will let them into my server and they can be a admin/mod for when it opens up

Groups i want are

User
Builder
Mod
Admin

And plugins i have are
worldedit, Bigbrother,voxelsniper,supplysign,simplewarp,Essentials
