Okay so here's my problem, please help moi

I can't get on some websites for example game-tuts which is especially annoying as i can't connect to server on modio or anything, i also cannot get on 360iso and sometimes thetechgame.org but if i use a proxy i can.

I can get on these websites on other computers in my house and on my ipad but not on my main computer.

I have tried disabling everything to do with Norton i.e Firewall, anti spyware, anti virus and getting on these websites it still wont work. I also have tried numerous browsers - IE, Mozilla, Opera, Safari, Chrome still no luck.

Ill give you loads'a rep if u can give me some suggestions plz.

If he was IP banned he wouldn't be able to get on the websites on any computers.

Try clearing you cache and cookies, then restart your browser. If that doesn't work then im not really sure. I have never seen this problem before.

there would be no reason for me to be ip banned that i can see

also ive had this problem for ages, but its starting to get annoying now! If it was blocked in my firewall then surely by turning off my firewall it would let me on but it doesnt just says 'connection timed out'

Hmm, I don't really know why then. Could be a registry error or malware i suppose, but i wouldn't know how to fix it.

Your internet provider may have blocked them out. If you're having troubles with that I can link you to my post to set up a vpn
It's real easy, and you can turn it off and on real quick.

It'd make everything easier.
