Every single one of my youtube accounts have been hacked by someone called velgec or something the emails have been changed and i cannot get them back could anyone help me by hacking them back if you dont think i owned the channels then please dont post here are the channels

Why would anyone hack YouTube channels. If he could really "hack" YouTube channels, why not take the channels with high sub count?
