Be more specific. What is about them that is causing you trouble.

in the cf3 base look for this:
self.backround = self createRectangle("LEFT","CENTER",-315,0,210,470,(0,0,0),"black",3,0);
self.MenuCurs = self createRectangle("LEFT", "TOP", -395, (self.curs*24+150), 295, 20,(1,0,0),"white",3,0);
those that i have bold is what decides where the menu is. adjust the numbers for the x axis which is the first number untill its in the middle and to get the text in middle:
self.display[x] setPoint("LEFT", "TOP", -490, x*24+150);
that bold number is where it is on the x axis. adjust it to where it gets in the middle.

I mean, I puted my base on the middle, but some of the options are just not appearing
and I don't know what is the problem
And I want to make the menu shader and the scroller a bit longer

well to put the menu in the middle just look at my reply above and to change how long the scroller is change this number that i made bold to a higher number:
self.MenuCurs = self createRectangle("LEFT", "TOP", -534, (self.curs*24+150), 214, 20,(1,0,0),"white",3,1);
