Well i was in a coffee shop and started talking to this man, and we got onto the topic of conspiracies and aliens and all that but what he said really made me think. He said that Humans where not actually from earth we where an invasion species that became the predominate species on earth. I was like how did we get here in the first place and why did it take us thousands of more years to redevelop space travel. He explained this very simply, he said if you take an animal that is specifically adapted for a specific environment then move them to a foreign environment it will take them ages to re adapt. For example i know this sounds stupid but you take a duck and put it in the desert. He no longer needs webbed feet, and has to re adapt living out of water. I know this sound stupid but it made me think so i decided to share it with you to see what you guys think.
