Ok guys so i have been upgrading my computer a lot lately and heres what ive got it too:
- AMD Phenom(tm) 9850 Quad-Core 2.5Ghz Processor
- 4 GB DDR2 RAM
- 150GB Hard Drive (I dont Want/Need More)
- 300 Watt Power Supply(Too Small?)
- ATI Radeon 4300/4500 Series Draphics Card [IDK What to upgrade too with my power supply]
I have a budget of 200$ and my goal is to be able to game on SC2 with ultra setting with 40+ fps.
What do i do TTG?

Green- Pretty Good?
Orange- OK?
Red- Bad

You can do 2 major upgrades. These 2 major upgrades will let you play SC2 on pretty high settings.
1st things first, get rid of that power supply and upgrade it to a half descent one. This XFX one is trusted and WON'T fail you, I promise

69.99 for the PSU - That leaves you with 130$ for a GPU.
Since you're on such a low budget, you're probably going to have to go with a recertified video card. I found that GTX 460 for only 119.99, that's a really good price. This card will play SC2 no problem.
