tomorrow were gonna open it up and see how hard the soldering will be...

I posted because I want to ask if anyone has actually soldered the 360 into a jtag... Was it hard? were there any problems?

btw... Its a Xenon with a 7371

also I seen another post that said...
Type 1-Older Xenons
Type 2-Newer Xenons

And I seen another post that said Xenons can run on Type 1 and 2. Which is true?

me and my friend actually just finished the soldering today, we made a few mistakes which we learned about when trying to dump the nand because the pc wouldnt recognize the xbox, however we did fix most of it and we will finish the rest and dump the nand tomorrow. neither of us had soldered before, but it was pretty easy after the first 2 or 3.

about the types, i am not sure what you are talking about.

Good luck!
