When you make a new post, there is a button that says "Img"

Click that, and then enter the image URL, and there you go!

upload it onto tinypic find the link and then embed it.

Upload it to an image hosting site such as TinyPic, ImageShack, Photobucket, etc.

Once uploaded, they should give you a direct link to the picture.

Then simply put it in this format:
[img]URL of picture[/img]
