Im in a party with a kid now who claims he has one and he wants the serial number and id for my jtag so he can make the kv if i send him that stuff what could he do as the xbox is banned atm.

no because KV's are made by MS and on their server so you cant make your own...

sorry but no kvs are made by MS and every console comes with them,which means and explains wy KVs are so dear to buy
