Why does my laptop take so long to start up? I just got my laptop completely reset with a whole new hard drive and motherboard but it still takes 15-25 minutes to start up!!! any help?

click start > run > then type msconfig.
then click the startup tab then uncheck all the programs that are unnecessary.
then click apply button then OK.. then choose restart.
But before anythng else you must log on as an Administrator.
