I want an HD PVR that is $200 or lower that works well. Where should I buy it from. Thanks.

Happauge hd pvr is da best it's around $200 I got mine from best buy. If u plan on getting it don't forget, to get Sony Vegas best editing software for happauge hd pvr *that I kno of*
