do you need to upgrade the shrink ray to get a perk of monkeys?

Yeah and I think the eclipse has to be activated if i remember!

I knew this like the second day of the map's release and no one else knew. I didn't make a post though because I didn't think that it would be that hard to find out. I was wrong. >.< But anyways nice post. Hopefully people will stop being noobs and picking up **** instakills and carpenters in the early rounds.

Iv'e knew it since day one I just couldn't record it, So i waited till someone had it on youtube and put in to explain it easier.

Wait, so just to confirm, If you shoot a monkey at any time with the 3179-JGB215, it will drop a perk? Or is it only if it is cycling a power-up? Also, are their requirements? As in all 4 people must of done the EE, or the person who shoots the monkey must have the EE completed. Finally, if you get the perk, when you go down, you DON'T LOSE THE PERK? Or is that only if you've done the EE that game?
