Coming from a one hit wonder, that means a lot... He was 2 at the year of 1999? How does it seem like BS, if he took one apart at the age of 7 thats roughly the year 2004. Which is actually understandable. Taking apart a computer isn't hard, most people are just scared they will destroy the motherboard or getting an electrical shock. Which is highly unlikely.

Hate to burst the bubble, and no offense at all and not personal - That being said, I do have severe doubts on the odds that a 13 year old built this, and Mw2 has a limit FPS of 60, an increase in FPS would mean increase in human reaction time

Newegg.com sells loads of PC parts and theres loads of guides on how to put them together
