I was just curious to see if someone could explain to me what a "KV" is, how they function, and why people charge so much for them. All I know is that they have something to do with Unlock All/10th Lobbies. And whatever happened to jtags? Are they still around or does everyone have a "KV"?

its a code that you put in your jtag to unban it after it has been banned?...
