P.S. I have Checked this and it works 100% if you need help either post on the original post or post here and i will try my best.

The Following Tutorial Only Works With Dashboard 9199 & Higher.

01. Get your CPU key by running Xell/Xellous.

02. Extract "FbBuild Tut.rar" and drag the "FbBuild 0.30" folder to your desktop.

03. Copy the "Flash360" folder to a USB device.

04. Run Flash360 with FSD or XeXmenu and make dump of your NAND.

05. Copy "flashdmp.bin" to the "FbBuid 0.30" folder.

06. Open 360 Flash Tool.

07. Select Settings then Keys.

08. Enter your CPU Key.

09. Open your "flashdmp.bin" from Flash360.

10. Click "Extract".

11. Check "SMC", "Key Vault", "Config Blocks", and click "OK".

12. Save it to the "mydata" folder in the "fbbuild" folder.

13. Open the "KV" folder, rename "KV_dec.bin" to "kv.bin", and move it to the "mydata" folder.

14. Open the "SMC" folder, rename "SMC_dec.bin" to "smc.bin", and move it to the "mydata" folder.

15. Delete the "KV" and "SMC" folders. The "mydata" folder.

16. Open the "cpukey.txt" file in the "mydata" folder and enter your CPU key.

17. Drag your "flashdmp.bin" over "mobileExtract.exe".

18. Copy the files from the "flashdmp_out" folder to the "mydata" folder.

20. Copy the .bat file that corresponds to the flash type you want to install from the ".bat Files" folder to the "FbBuild 0.30" folder and run it.

21. Copy "updflash.bin" to the USB drive (put in the root of the USB drive for Xell/Xellous install, or in the "Flash 360" folder for installing through Flash360) and install using your preferred method.

22. Unplug the 360 from the power brick for at least 30 seconds and plug it back in.

23. Open the "System Update" folder, copy the corresponding update folder you need to your USB device, and rename the folder to $systemupdate.

24. Copy the "Dahlaunch Installer" folder to the USB device.

25. Insert USB device into the 360, boot it normally, and allow it to update.

26. Run the DashLaunch installer in FSD or XeXmenu and follow the prompts.
