I'm planning on building a gaming rig really soon. most likely ordering after July 5th since that is when i will be getting payed and have enough to get the comp withing my budget. i was planning on getting these [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

and this to put in raid 0 with the other included HDD [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
so I'm just wondering if this is a pretty good deal for my price range of $850-$900

Yes, it's a pretty good deal.

Although, i would switch out that raidmax psu before it blows up.

I would've of went with a better video card, but clearly it's not in your budget.

ok sounds good. it will be my first build so i wasn't expecting to get an amazing system but this will be a million times better than what i have now. as of now i have compaq presario from 2005 with 3.5gigs of ram and a e-geforce 8600 gts superclocked. sucks so bad shitty ass athlon processor. what a joke of a computer

I scrapped that plan due to people on neweggs forums telling me i should get something else

That's alright, but there are a few problems.

Get a better PSU - 650w xfx..cheaper and better.

Get the HAF 912, it'll save you a few bucks.

Just a few suggestions that you can take in

Also, buy the hyper 212 elsewhere, that is way overpriced, you can buy them for half as much.

i changed to that xfx psu but i think i will stick to the 922 cause i like the way it looks, and i guess ill look into a cheaper hyper 212+ i also swapped out the ram for [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

ya your right, they have it on amazon for like $30 if i got that then i could also buy another 120mm for push-pull on it
