Look at the lowest toolbar above where you type your post.
There is a black vertical line.
To the right of that line is an image that looks like a picture of mountains and a sun.
If you hover over that it says "Insert Image"
Click it and paste the image URL into the box.

By the image there should be a box that says "Direct URL" copy paste THAT link
