I bought from Craigslist before and met the owner but something like this scares me and brings me to a time like a few months ago.

We were looking for a mercedes for the family when a Super cheap one was on a yahoo autos and they said they don't live at the same location :/

This makes me happy happy that we almost lost $17,000

You can tell this is a scam by just looking at the photos on the ad, in the first photo the vehical is solid white, but then the other 3 the vehical is a brownish maybe faded white color, and it says its the same car, lol fail.

One time someone on Craigslist said he was in the Army and wanted the item sent to his son. He said he was going to send the money through PayPal. And he took back the money after he sent it (luckily i didn't send the item yet). 1 word. F SCAMMERS IN THE A
