Edit: Bad news, you CAN create the email, but when you try signing into it, it asks you to go to your mail and verify that it is your account. And it won't let you check your email.

Go to: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

type in the e-mail you want.
Just tested, works 100%
Do it before it's patched.
