Yes if you pay and incluse everything you want in the notes he will ship it to, usually next day. Make sure to add $18 for UPS ground shipping. If you don't live in the US then Shipping will cost more. Talk to him abou t shipping cost to the UK or wherever else you live ;)

You need a HDD to do anything! It is just like a regular xbox, Without a Hard drive you cant make a profile, or do anything 8)
