Please DO NOT reply to this thread saying something like "you could just use a USB" I am fully aware of that. This method prevents you from having to reformat a USB or buy one.
This works on PCs and Macs! It also works with these devices! Apple TV ,iPhone, iPod, iPad (1 and 2), Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PSP, Android Phones, and TiVo.
Requirements:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
An internet connection
An Xbox 360, PS3, or Android Phone, iPhone, iPod, iPad, PSP, TiVo, or Apple TV
The Torrented TV show or Movie you want
Step 1: Install [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and configure everything
Step 2: Download the torrented show or movie from a website like [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Step 3: Make sure your Xbox and computer with Vuze are connected to the same router
Step 4: Turn on your Xbox
Step 5: Go onto Vuze and look under the "Device Playback" dropdown menu. You should see it say Xbox 360.
Now look under your file library in Vuze and click and drag the movie(s)/show(s) you want onto the Xbox 360 tab under the Device Playback menu. (Note that the picture only had a yellow warning triangle because my xbox wasn't on at the time)
Step 6: If you have done everything correctly then you will get a popup menu asking if you want Standard Definition or High Definition. Obviously HD will take longer to convert!
Step 7: Wait for Vuze to finish converting the files
Step 8: Go to your Xbox scroll to the Video tab. Click on my videos. There it should say Vuze on "Your PC name" (It will have the PC name)
Step 9: Select the computer that is yours, and a list with all the shows/movies you picked will be there!
Step 10: Enjoy!
How-To
*Note* The computer that has the movies/shows on them must be on for the Xbox to recognize it!
*EDIT* This also works with music!
If you have any questions or problems feel free to ask me!
Please tell me if this helped you! It means a lot to me!
