It's on TBOGT dlc, and it's impossible to join in.

Do we need the GTA Episodes from liberty city or just plain GTA? And the episodes from liberty city DOES have TBOGT

Oh and also, I tried joining back and it said "Cannot join a game that you were kicked from"
I never got kicked I got disconnected.
