You give rep by clicking the green flag at the bottom right hand corner of someones post, you can give negative or positive rep.

Non gold members can rep 25, gold members can rep 50 and staff can rep 100. But you only have 1 rep so you can only give 1 rep, and it takes 100 rep points to earn 1 rep power, or 25 posts to earn 1 rep power.

To give click the green flag, to give negative rep, after you click the flag choose "This is not helpful"
Then to give positive choose the other one.

You give points by hitting the green flag next to someones post in the bottom right of their post and clicking agree to give +rep and you can click disagree to give - rep, as of right now you only have rep power so you can only give

To earn more you can make helpful topics or help members and in return they might give you rep. You give 1 rep point to earn another rep power so you can give 2 points you need to receive 100 rep points. You can also earn a rep power every 25 posts you make(this does not mean spam every 25 posts)
