.What is Reputation Power?
.How do i give Rep?
.And if i earn Rep what will i gain from it?

Theirs a green flag to rep people. Every 25 posts you get a rep power. Be repped 100 points and get another rep power. Rep shows if your active and helpful.

That is basically it,
For example= look at me. I have 30 rep. That is kinda high, but that does not mean you should trust me. I have a few points higher than i should but that i from people rewarding me for helping them.
