So after being away from jtagging for quite some time, i am lost as to why i am having this problem. I recently burned Mortal Kombat to my HDD, and i cant seem to play the game.
It says i need to update to play it. ( yes i have removed the SystemUpdate folder from the iso files.)
I have also followed this tutorial: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] And had no luck.
As anyone had this problem and figured it out?
BTW: I am still running on 9199 dash because i havent bothered to update freeboot considering i havent touched the jtag in so long. ( its a 512 mb Jasper)
Anyone that solves this problem for me will get rep everyday for a long time, as well as respect.

i dont have a jasper but try and re-inject the default.xex from the disk or iso you have. you might have to update then install new dashlaunch to remove the ap checks because i think that has ap25 issues

use the latest dashlaunch it works for 9199,12611 and 12625 and it gives you the option to patch games updates,i had the exact same trouble but it worked for me
