They should not have to take the whole bottom row off, and It shouldnt hurt, well your teeth might have shifted somewhat depending on how long you havent had the bracket. It didnt cost me anything when this happened to me...

Like everyone said, NO!

It will not hurt. All they do is take the wire out, cement the new bracket in, and put a new wire on. Simple. It'll feel just like how getting a stronger wire feels. May feel slight pressure for a few minutes at most.

alright thanks, kinda worried. i hope that all these brackets dont just fall off that easy.

it could have been lose to begin with.
