no because if you say yes as long as its not inappropriate how long would that honestly last think about it the first 10 guys would write something inappropriate then from there on its ball and wieners all over the place...on the other hand there should be blank walls added to most parks in your neighborhoods that accept it where graffiti artists can tag there stuff.

well, i disagree. Little Kids Draw that immature stuff. im almost 100% sure that a growN man isnt going to waste spray paint on a wiener -.-

Some should. REAL graffiti that is actually art not just people writing stupid things should be allowed in public.
