Firstly, we are going to find the sell price of the item, to do this we will buy the item for 50% over the mid/market price. It doesn't have to be exact, it just has to be high enough that the item buys instantly.
To find the buy price of the item, we will then sell the item on the GE for around 50% under the mid/market price so the item sells instantly.

Margin: 48gp

Notes:
-The buy and sell price on some items may change very fast!
-as you can see this margin is very bad, therefore i wouldn't flip them atm!
-Adding a few gp extra to buy and less to sell can make them sell/buy quicker!

sorry but that is a really bad tutorial.
For things like rune items what you do is.
1. Buy for 5% over, That price that it buys at is what you will sell it at later.
2. Sell for 5% under, That is the price you will buy for after.
Then buy using prices above, Be patient.
Sell for the price above and you will have made profit.
If you want to sell it faster try undercutting.
This is when, Lets say your
Buy price is - 500gp
And your sell price is - 550gp
You buy it for 505gp instead and sell for 545gp.
This gives a quicker buy and sell and betters the other flip'rs.
Just try editing it a little bit

I just put exactly that....
Just 50% so its an instant buy , You dont have to put 50 % though..
And like look at the notes adding a few gp makes it faster..
