this was taken from my own site i also worte this tut

Programs
Modio- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
and xport- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

1. Get 4 pictures at a 1024x768 or larger it makes the picture not blurry
2. get on Modio go to the "M" button at the top left click on it go to Other tools then theme creator
3. Upload your images
4. Pick the color of the thing your avatar stands on then save it
5. go into xport go to the 0000000000000 folder go to the FFFE07D1 drag the file in there and your done
6. sign in go to the profile tab next to the play game button then change theme select it then your Theme is done
