I HATE when people go into the shoutbox do the "wave" emote and then just sit there and either leave or just do nothing...
Just to see how popular they are and see how many people talk to them

I just don't get it..

I don't find it annoying at all, its just an emoticon.

They may not want to talk to anyone in particular just stating their presence to the entire sb.
