Im pretty sure you just have to unlock all challanges then you get it..

It was confirmed impossible to get without hacking because of a glitch in making a game also thsi was proven when a guy and some other people boosted every challenge in the game and unlocked everything 10t prestige lvl 70 and didn't get it. he had over 44 days of play time on his stats so don't even try this was also recorded so if you can find the video good luck

I thought that you had to fully complete the 'Prestige' challenges to get it. :|
